Hey, I was wondering if you guys are planning on adding some RSS feeds to vfxConnection, it would be really handy to have individual feeds for each user's activities and I'd love to be able to follow the groups, events, articles and just about everything else via RSS as well.

What do you guys think?

Thanks for your interest. We did have a developer full time on that about 3 months back but it did not work as well as we had wanted. We will be tackling that one again VERY soon Chris.

Okay, so how do I find an RSS feed of updates from my all of my colleagues without everyone else? I can find the user specific ones and the colleagues connections but not their profile updates.

I just did some testing of my own user activity feed, trying to get it hooked into some of the other social networking tools I use and I found it seems to be pretty broken as far as what they want to see. Facebook, FriendFeed, Plaxo Pulse and a few others give me invalid feed errors. Strand seems to accept the feed but doesn't actually see any updates. I know you probably wrote this for RSS readers and for that the feeds seem to work perfectly in Google Reader but down the road you might want to look into ways to make the feeds work for other social networks.
