If they are up for the oscar, the artists better make some noise about the unfair labor practices!

but thıs ıs really bad sıtuatıon for the fılm ındustry I hope some one wıll do somethınks about because CG artıst makes the fılm lookıng greate

and wıthout specıal fx and cg there fılm would be nothıng

 

 

 

I've seen this all too often, even when there is no shortage of money, like when I was on Space Jam and we were paid a maximum amount of overtime regardless of how many hours we actually worked (and the client was billed for the whole amount). Digital artists need a union, or to be accepted in an existing union, like the IATSE.
